Thanks so much for taking my call and we appreciate your time. Why I recommend people to your dealership is because of the integrity and trust you have earned over the years with us. While we only bought one coach from you, it had some issues and you fixed everything without any stress for us and have treated our referred friends extremely well. The Warner’s said that they had a great buying experience. Everything that you have said you would do over the years you have followed through on. While other dealers are looking for ways to screw their customers, you find ways to value the relationship and take care of the customer. My bunk house side out situation is a good example of that and your willingness to listen to our story, trust in our relationship, look at the facts, and then step in and offer to buy the parts for us sets you and Hemlock Hill apart for other dealers that just don’t get customer service or understand the right thing to do. While dealers across the country are closing, your dealership is very busy because your business model is based on integrity. On another matter, when I called in yesterday and talked with Sandy in service, 4 years later she remembered me, she was pleasant, listened to my concerns about our bunkhouse and referred me to you and then Jason if you were not in. It is great to see stability in your workforce as the three people we knew, yourself, Jason, and Sandy are still there.

I wanted to thank you for the help with the service issue I had today, and apologize for bothering you while on vacation. Although the issue was not one that I needed resolved immediately, the thing that was bothering me was after having such a good experience with the sales department, and the delivery of our new trailer, I didn't feel that I should be treated the way I was due to it being close to closing time, or that I was on the phone and not in the store, but to get even more grief from Sandy and I quote " I shouldn't have called you because your mother had just passed and you were on vacation" just amazed me, Joe I can be very easy going, if she had just picked her words better, and not kept me on hold the problem could have waited, it wasn't that important. That said I appreciated the response you gave me, even though you were on vacation, and at the end of the day after all the calls, it all worked out fine, and the service department including Sandy came threw, and I appreciate the extra effort that was put in to make thing's right.

The overall experience of purchasing our cougar fifth wheel from hemlock hill has been great, from Dave helping us threw the process of finding the trailer that fits our needs, you Joe for helping put the deal together with such a difficult trade in, Chris the master of financing, the great job that was done on the installation of the fifth wheel hitch in my truck, and the prep of the trailer, not to mention the walk threw that was full of great tips and good information about the trailer and towing it. As you know I was referred to you by our friend's Rich and Jackie Frigon, I now can see first hand why he believes hemlock hill's staff to be one of the best, and that said I feel comfortable referring other friends to you also, please let me take this time to thank you and all the staff of hemlock hill for a job well done, and we look forward to doing business with you in the future.

Dear Susan:

I want to thank both you and Keystone for helping out with the cost of the decal and additional cost for replacing it. We have a great investment in our Big Sky and we always keep it looking "perfect" and is reflected by other RV'ers always complementing us on the looks and beauty of the RV. Since retiring we have traveled for 6 months and over 19,000 miles. There has not been a campground that someone would stop by and ask to see the RV, and gladly we would welcome them in. Even other "Big sky" owners. During our travels we kept a "blog" and have credited our "Big Sky" as our home, away from home, all the comforts needed.

Also I want to mention RV service. Over the 6 months, things do break and routine servicing is needed. I visited several Keystone and other dealers in our travels and have to say that Hemlock Hill has them all beaten. I have purchased campers since 1990 from Hemlock Hill RV and their dealership,service and friendless is at the "top". I know things can not be fixed as quick as they break but Hemlock Hill has always accommodated me the best they can, keeping me updated on repairs and servicing and keeping my RV running like new. Remember my "Big Sky" is a big investment and in the future it's value will be used towards another Keystone RV.
